Property Tax/Rent Rebate Clinics

Certain Pennsylvanians are eligible to get money back from property taxes or rent paid in 2025.

Income limits have increased to $48,110 for both homeowners and renters. Remember to exclude 50% of Social Security when determining your income. The maximum rebate is $1,000.

The program is open to residents aged 65 years and older; widows and widowers 50 years and older; and people with disabilities 18 years and older.

	•	Tuesday, April 7, from 10:30 a.m. to noon at Bennetts Valley Senior Center
	•	Thursday, April 9, from 10:30 a.m. to noon at Ridgway Senior Junction
	•	Thursday, April 16, from 10:30 a.m. to noon at Fox Township Senior Center

Unclaimed Property

Join Treasurer Stacy Garrity’s office to search for unclaimed property that rightfully belongs to you.

	•	Tuesday, April 21, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at 53 South Street St. Marys Street, St. Marys
	•	Thursday, April 23, from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at 1221 E. DuBois Ave., DuBois
